Beacon Home Inspections is a modern local business full of honest information from good humans. We believe a home is more than just a house, and we see deeper than the surface.
We are a full spectrum home inspection service operating within Raleigh and our surrounding areas, founded by owner and 20+ year resident Kevin Bobal, aka "The Cat Wrangler."
We also love animals and believe they need a good healthy home too, therefore, a portion of all profits are donated to our local SPCA and Second Chance Pet Adoption to make sure the little creatures of the world are looked after.

With over 20 years experience of developing businesses in Raleigh and being part of the community, Kevin has now gone one step further and helping people make great choices with their new homes. Kevin loves new challenges and last minute fires to put out. You'll catch him flying around town in the Beacon van, hanging at home with his family of cats and traveling the countryside by motorbike. He volunteers locally, from trail maintenance in our local parks or building affordable housing with Habitat for Humanity. You can read more about that in the blog.
