Inspection Agreement
For convenience, your 2 page Inspection Agreement is in the Adobe .PDF format. Print a copy and carefully fill in the following information. Then thoroughly read the Agreement and bring it with to the inspection. If you or a representative are unable to attend the inspection, you will need to fax or email a signed copy of the Agreement back to Beacon Home Inspections prior to the inspection date.
Please note: I am not able to do an inspection without a read and signed Agreement for the property.
